Are we having fun yet?

Hi guys,
Wanted to hear your take on a couple of companies:
Google (GOOG) and WFR are on my radar - could there be a better buying opportunity for these two?
WFR is down 61.3% for the year.. yet (and correct me if I'm wrong) nothing material has changed in the companies business.
I know everyone is licking their wounds, but it smells like the smart people are starting to buy..
Your thoughts please..

The google price even now I think is mostly smoke and mirrors. Of course it could rise- optimists seem to have an almost religious faith in tech stocks that goes beyond the numbers. But I'll continue to short Google for the long haul.
